The housing market seems to be dropping in many parts of BC. Not exactly sure why... Maybe part of the 5 year market trend

My buddy bought a pair of dirtbikes on Yamaha credit.
Zero interest for 12 months.
His worst investment was returning 10%.

Any time you can borrow money at a lower interest rate than your personal accounts' ROI, it's better to borrow.
