    Just got it, so I don't know yet.

    That said, from my cursory examinations, it'll work like a champ. All solid metal construction and not stamped metal, either. Feels tight and a god grab by the gears.

    Switching to fresh whole peppercorns only, effective immediately :)

    I am trying to think of something a little different to make for this weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. The last time I had this itch I ended up making a 2 lb octopus so any ideas? Thanks guys, I always get inspiration from you guys. Here is my schedule though, Saturday from 7-11 which will probably turn into an all niter is a bowling donation event for my daughter's school. Sunday her Birthday party is from 2-5 which I will have to be around for set up at 1230. I wont have much time, smoking might still be an option though so let's hear your ideas.... thanks again guys!!!!

    go with the pork loin recipe, I just made a pork loin in the slow cooker with french dressing onions and whole cranberry sauce..... so good.
