I like it best too. My thought now is that the CO flag pretty much says COlorado, I probably don/t need the CO on the right side. Maybe I can rework to just have a T on one side and the W on the other. I will mess with it when I get time. You all can pm me if you would like me to email you the file so you can mess with it too.
I has no free time, but once summer comes along I will have tons, but I won't be looking for a job. Wheeling, camping, fishing, hiking, drinking, and about all the other cool verbs you can think of. It will be glorious!

A side job at REI would be amazing though. I'm sure they get a good discount, not to mention all the hot climber girls you would be paid to talk to...

I like the idea of a Colorado colored TW sticker. A 'Colorado Tacoma World' sticker would cause more harm than good since there is no website. This is a thread on a forum called Tacoma World and therefore the sticker should just say Tacoma World. I'm sure the staff of this site also wouldn't appreciate the confusion being introduced by a 'Colorado Tacoma World' sticker. This all seems far more complicated than it needs to be. Why not just PM tcBob and have him send you a free TacomaWorld.com sticker? That's what I did and mine looks fab!

Dammit Ost, I agree with you. However I still like the last sticker. It wouldn't be to promote the site, just to represent for those of us who are in the know. But the free decal from TcBob is a great idea. I will probably try for both. Our sticker will be kind of a membership badge, but the TW stickers from Bob will be the promoter for the site.

Yeah I have friends that work PT at REI they need to get me a job. :) I do all of the things you listed. I only work 8-10 days a month. 2 days on 4 days off. I dug the tele skis out for the weekend. And my wife is a hot climber girl so I'm good there. :D

Man people get jealous of my schedule, but 8-10 days a month is enough to make anyone green with envy!
I had a family friend that urged me to get into FF, He was a chief of a station in CO Springs and could have nearly guaranteed me a job, but but I told him that I felt that job should be reserved for those who have dreamed of doing it. I wouldn't want to get the job because I knew someone, knowing that some guy who fantasized about becoming a FF since he was a boy didn't get it because he had nobody to pull strings for him. Besides, that kind of job requires someone who WANTS and LOVES to do it.
Just like teaching. I didn't choose teaching because of the money, thats for damned sure. I didn't even choose it for the schedule, because even with the summer off, the days and hours that I work during the school year make it so that I have even fewer days/hours off that the typical 8-5 employee (I did the math, its depressing). I do this because I am good with kids, I love science, I am smart, and many of these kids need a positive male role model. Hopefully I can be that for them.
Anyway, I don't know what made me get into that rant, but whatever. Here is some good ole B.S. to get this thread back to normal

I agree with you with any job you have to want to do it. I have had buddies that have several degrees get hired with a fire department quit in 3 years or less because it was not what they thought it was going to be. It's one of those jobs where there is a lot of down time to do randoms things gotta know how to keep your self busy with FD things during the day. Glad you love teaching though we need teachers who love their jobs to mold the minds of our troubled youth!

HFS that isn't you hot climber wife, is it? If so, it would be hard to leave even for only 8-10 days/month. I just went from six to noon in about .2 seconds
She is a little skinny for my taste, but I definitely wouldn't make her "sleep" alone.
