    A couple layers of foam insulation. They don't miss. I don;t see one hit on the wood. The 2 guys we have in the shop shoot like Robin Hood. Also using regular bow with low draw weight shooting from about 20 yards for fun.

    After hours they have been making their own shafts on our lathe and milling machine. Pretty cool to watch them turn a square block into a finished shaft in 5 minutes.
