RAC is "Reading Anthracite Company" They own thousands of acres from the Trevorton area, east to New Philadelphia area and probably more. Craig, check out their website for more information on the access permit. All you need to know can be found there.

Is that the area that we have our trials events at by chance Nathan? I don't know what the actual place is that we ride at, I just know how to get there. There are always 4wheelers and SxS runnin around. Some bikes too. There's an off road club that we drive past when we get off the asphalt. And also a pond on the right side of the road. The place we park at has a pretty decent sized abandoned building and a smaller parking area.

Can you describe the directions how you get there? The only offroad/trail riding club I know of up there is Rausch Creek Trail Riders. Is the trials event on natural obstacles or man-made, such as shot-crete? Rausch Creek OR park has an area on the upper side which they use for the rock crawling events.

This place is on the side of the mountain. Off the tower city exit, turn right, then a slight right onto another road. Turn left at a 4 way intersection. The turn off the asphalt to dirt is on a really sharp blind turn. Then it's probably a mile or so back to where we camp

It's part of the Rausch creek complex. But it's not the 4wd park.

Yea that would be near, if not adjacent to, Rausch Creek. April you say? I might have to take a ride up there to check it out.

How tough was it to install? How long did it take? And the noise is only coming from the drivers side? Wonder why not the passenger side as well?

The Philly Auto show was pretty cool. If you're looking to buy a new car in the next year, this is the place to see just about everything. I think we were there on the opening day-this past Saturday. It was crowded.

Toyota did have 2 tacomas and 2 Tundras there. 2013 Tacoma...not much different to look at. I didn't realize the backseat had changed since my 07 (and I didn't like it). I asked the dudes at the counter when the 3rd gen tacoma was coming out...... and they couldn't answer with any certainty (of course) - NOT in 2014 but consensus was 2015.

Jeep had a driving course...and it was all steal fabricated like an erector set. UP a hill, over some bumps..... You could take a ride thru the course. The line to wait for a ride was a mile long.

Toyota also had a driving course...but you could actually test drive the vehicles.

Jeep & Toyota were side by side.......

I was disappointed they didn't have a C7 corvette at the show on one of those twirly tables. lol
$12 to get in.....(adults). We took the train from Media directly into the complex.

We both had a friend that is a mechanic do the install he said it was easy especially since we bought him the removal tool. He charged 125 for the work not to bad and saved me the headache of doing it myself. If ya have a Mechanic do the work refer them to ecgs website so they can watch the install video our mechanic said it was very helpful. I highly recommend doing it from what your describing you have the same problem we did. The passenger side does not need the bushing because the noise is caused by sloppyness in the gears on the drivers side chase also has a video showing the cause on his website it explains the noise in depth poor Toyota design. Save your receipts in case Toyota ever accepts accountability for their shit design.

Chester County here. Anyone know of any places to do some off roading in SEPA? I hit the state game lands up by French Creek last weekend, which was pretty cool but a lot of the fire roads were closed to vehicles. But there's not really anyone there to stop you...
