Ive been searching the forum trying to figure out if my truck has traction control or anything like that because when I smash the gas around a turn it refuses to break loose. Ive been reading about the multiple types of brake boosters , the different packages and when I saw the thread about how some FJs have TRAC/ATRAC just by adding a button I was wondering If my truck could be the same way since behind the blanks (by RR Diff Lock/ Foglights) there are harnesses and plugs... Is there a way I could check the VIN to see what package it came with from the dealer lot?

OME all around. SPC UCA. This and that.
I would say no. I have ATRAC and my master cylinder is massive compared to what you have. Hows Bragg? What MOS/E?.

My truck has Trac... here's the hydraulic brake booster. From 2005 to your year (2008) Trac was an option and from what i've read here on TW the ones that have it are kinda rare.
