I know I don't post often but I have a problem. I went to Pungo offroad, Production offroad and a place called Atlantic motorsports they all want to put a leveling kit on the truck when I am looking fo a suspension lift.This is the lift I want
Along with LR UCA's. Does anyone know of a shop that will install this if I buy it?
and I will run the stock wheels and tires.

 

Great bunch of guys on here! Dont pay some ridiculous amount for someone to install your lift when a group of experienced guys on here will do it for beer and pizza!! We have meets all the time to help each other out.

 

hold off for a mod day and save some cash. speaking of mod day, if i can get my stuff together before my spring break i might make the trip down if we can get a mod day for some day that week, cant remember which days i have off right now.

Redid my retro's into factory housings. Hopefully these seal this time, I think a fish could of lives comfortably in the lake inside the housings before.

Has anyone done the overhead compass and temp gauge fix before? I just now noticed that it hasn't been working.

that you are. need money first need to get dakars and hardware for them, ubolt flip, and tiars. you have now put the idea back in my head for 35's

 

Thanks that sounds like a good idea I will probably order the lift in a few weeks as I am working out of town right now. Also using the stock rims and tires shouldn't be a problem correct?

 

nope. its what i ran on my truck for two years while i was in germany

 

I'm still running steel rims with stock size. Looks and works just fine. I would get better tires, same size, if you intend to offroad. Firestone Duratracs were a good compromise for infrequent offroading. Lasted me 50K miles. I'm going to Cooper S/T Maxx next week.

 

Don't have the funds for the tires that's why I am staying with the stock stuff for now. I don't plan on offroading, but never know.

Thanks for the offer I may look at some of the used tire shops for bigger tires until I can afford to buy new tires.
