you guys think that if i put a headache rack height bar like this 2012-04-30_16-27-10_268.jpg i could put a 40" or so led bar on there and it wouldnt glare off the hood/it would look half decent? thinking about putting the lightbar in future plans if this works. :spy:

Looks great. I measured the top a few years ago. 48" or 50" no problem. Been waiting til I find the right deal on one though.

I want that Front Runner Slimline II Roof rack for the DCSB (CAB) and for the Leer topper. Hopefully its the same height once installed. But I need to come up with the money for that. almost $1500 for the two. Then I need lights. Going 'green' (L.E.D's)

That is the grill off a 2011 truck. You can buy it from the dealer. As for the lower grill, you will have to try and fab something up unless someone on here already sells something similar. Nice looking truck though

Have you seen Homer's work in person? Not knocking him, but I have one of his grills, and IMHO the local Chesapeake guy does a better job ONLY because he uses OEM grills AND his are roughly $100 cheaper  Homer's are nice though....I am just not the biggest fan of none OEM quality parts.

Mine is starting to come apart where it was plastic welded together. I could probably fix it with little to no effort, but for $300+ I shouldn't have to even worry about that. Now, FWIW, I have not contacted Homer, nor do I plan to, just because it would be too much of a hassle to get it repaired...He is a stand up guy, and I am confident he would repair it. It is just not that important to me to get repaired.

mine came in 2 pieces and i just bent the tabs over and heated them with a lighter. melting them flat like homer does does seem to be a bit weak.
