It is not the means to the end in any way. They actually multiply when being hunted and scared as is there natural instinct to procreate when stressed. So what is happening is just feeding the problem by running around banging guns off chasing these hogs. But I guess if the point is to have even more of them, then everyone should keep up the good work lol

Gosen we get it ur anti hunting I respect ur stance but don't hijack the thread to bug those that do hunt.

OP I just picked up a dog box that disassembles easily for quick removal

I will post pics after I paint and install it on the truck it takes about the same amount of space as a regular tool box

I'm going hog hunting in the morning if we see them we shoot them other wise the dogs find and hold them till we get there with the knife

I have a small pack of three dogs that I use. Two to find and one to catch

One is a mutt with Plott hound blood in it
The other is a Texas Blue Lacy
    Those two find the hogs
The catch dog is a Dogo Argentino

you learn something everyday. I'd never come across a Texas Blue Lacy or a Dogo Argenino. The Dogo was especially enlightening to read about. They look like a Presa Canario.

Enjoy your hog hunting. I'm assuming that's a really big knife. I'd opt for a spear.

You just bolt a piece like this onto each side of the bed and that stays on when you remove the box. Everything else slides on so there are no tools needed for install and removal after this.

After you have the two pieces bolted on you slide the front section with the door on.

Here is a pic from the side so you can see how much space it takes.

The sides and top are all one section. I slid it in place by my self, but its much easier and faster with two people. The top has outdoor carpet and 3 tie downs for dogs to ride on top if you want.

I took the pic before it slid all the way down into place

The good thing is that you can still use the full length of your bed and carry most things with out an issue. If you need the whole bed, u can easily slide off all the parts in a couple of minutes.

You can put a lock on it so no one trys to steal your box if you live in a bad part or just for piece of mind

Here is the boar we caught last weekend.
The boar is alive in this picture since we sell them if we can when they are big. This was is easily over 200 lbs. My dog catches on the ear in order to control the hog

Thanks for the post of the Yota. I think I am going to go with something real similar minus the doors until I can afford a flatbed for the truck. I guess I need to search the site for flatbeds.
