    I'm going to use a hitch receiver mounted winch and use plugs so I can run it front and rear and store in in the toolbox out of the elements or at least more out of the elements.

    We talked about that. I realized that an aftermarket front hitch would probably hang too low or get in the way for the front an back winch idea, so the way you have it is the best way, hitch in bumper. Plus you can store it in the tool box, which I can't do.

    Good day. Road was in good condition. Nicely packed from all the sledders. Only problem was the 4runner's oil temp sensor was reading dropping. Decided to turn back before any problems came up. That was also at the point where we should have aired down. Decided to call it a day and head to the pub for some beers :D

    thanks! You'll like the 60D and the 18-135. That's the lens I have actually. Its a good, all around lens to start with.

    If you can wait they usually have some killer deals and instant rebates in March...that's when I got mine last year. I think my camera was like $250 off regular price.

    yea i have been doing research and the 18-135 is a handy starter lens. Plus hopefully some of my dads FD lens will be useable..wont know till i try them.

    and yea, i might. Might just get a used one off Ebay. Can get em for 700-850..
