2012 locker anytime ????

    Has anyone done the "anytime locker mod" on a 2012. I have been going crazy trying to find the right info

    i did the locker mod alternative on a 2012 offroad,the one behind the glove mod.

    I found it on toyota nation originally under locker mod alt. Read about it first though.there are other threads around now too. I think is was labeled dbb1 or something like that. For what i wanted its works but havent driven over 30 in locked mode either.

    Ya I found the relay method as well as that alt way, no relay, but was unsure if that would work on a 12. Also I read about alot of check eng lights coming on and was concerned about that

    i cant see how the locker mod would throw an idiot light. its not tied to anything that has to do with that.... all it does it shut trac/ABS off, and turn the locker on. i did the method with the relay, and it works perfectly, dont see why it wouldnt for you... i even hooked it up wrong to start with, and it didnt throw a CEL...

    worth giving it a try! you can always put it back if it doesnt work out, but thats the best mod ive done yet to my truck.

    What's the breather do? I see like everyone do that mod but is it really going to help me?

    It moves the vent above the water level and also if you change the vent it wont help suck the water in by the axle seals

    Exactly,same with me and a lot safer method. Did that and the abs mod,work great

    Sorry to revive an old thread. If it shuts trac/abs off, I'm guessing A-Trac on ORs is off as well?
