    i had them and ditched them at about 30k but i neglected maintence and wheeled hard

    So far i like my hankooks a lot better off road! and they are a lot lighter and nimbler on the street

    They are really heavy duty and i never once punctured one wheeling fast in the desert in rocks etc!

    Damn i'll have to check them out, I mean I don't plan on doing much offroading until I really reinforce my suspension.

    What's your current suspension? Fitting 35's underneath a Tacoma isn't easy business.

    The place I got the lift done did that for me, I mean obviously they took out the front mud flaps and trimmed the front bumper down a bit, but yeah when I back out the driveway and turn the wheels all the way I get this heart wrenching rub ahaa..

    LMAO... if it rubs in the driveway you will rip off your fender flares the first time you wheel. I know I cannot fit larger than 285/70r17 on my truck with CMC and extensive trimming. 295/70r17 is out of the question... 35" Nitto Trails? Yeah right... with a drop bracket or spindles and also maybe with Light Racing UCA instead of non adjustable uniball version I have. Just no room without replacing a lot more steel than my CMC or moving the wheel forward with LR UCA.

    As far as tread... extensive cut lugs and chunking from sharp rocks. Tread life is 40% gone at 15k.

    Uhh....295/70R17 is certainly NOT out of the question. My truck works just fine. At full lock and stuff I get a little bit of frame rubbing and that is it. Trimmed a lot of plastic and cut the cab mount back...but it is totally do-able.

    And I'm pretty sure there are a couple people who have customer clearanced their fenders to fit 35s on 3 inch lifts.

    I dont have 35's, but i do have the trail grapplers in 33's and i love them! great on and offroad! ive put about 25k on them and can prob get atleast another 25k plus more! i do rotate often and i also dont burnout or tear up my tires

    Are those stock fenders w/ no flares or glass fenders?? Cause the flares is the only thing I'm worried about going to 35's. Rear has tons of room, but the front is too cozy.

    it's the Trailer Products fiberglass fenders, my tires dont touch the fenders at all, luckily the fender do what they are meant to do and tuck the tires nicely. The biggest problem i had was the fire wall

    ::nods:: I'v got a spot right behind the weld between the support for the bumpstop mount and the frame that rubs (like I said...full lock, full stuff) but other than that the fenders where what worried me the most. Good to know there are options.

    put that in my back pocket - Super charger is next, but bigger tires and a regear would be nice....Thanks for the info!

    No problem, the width of those nittos is what killed me. they were like 13.2" wide, my current hankooks are pretty much 12.5" on the dot and that makes a very noticeable difference on the trail! if you have any questions please feel free to shoot me a PM :thumbsup:

    Those are good but like the Mud Graps, the road eats them up pretty quick.

    The Hankook Dynapro M/T and these Fierce Attitudes i'm running now are pretty badass. I love both those tires.
