You can almost never be over dressed for an interview.

    Best of luck!

Put it this way, that is basically a sales job, although it is somewhat blue collar still, you have to present yourself as a clean cut, well dressed individual. I went for an interview with Clark pest here in ca, and the interviewers were wearing their uniform shirts, but were still clean cut and well dressed. In that type of job, you will be interacting with customers all day, so for the interview I would say at the very least collar shirt and tie, if not a full suit. Obviously make sure you have trimmed your hair, teeth brushed etc, you do not want to go in there looking like a slob lol. After my interview with a full suit, I received a call back for a second in 45 mins. My two cents... Good luck!

Like others have said above, it is better to be over-dressed. You can always take the jacket off once you are in the interview and need to be more comfortable, especially if the interviewer is dressed casually.

    Either way, Good Luck!

Suit is always optional, although I would take in to consideration what the job is for? If it is an inside job, of course wear a suit. If it is somewhat labor intensive, I think casual wear would do just fine.

I've been involved with hundreds of interviews. Selecting both scale & salary employes...some mechanics getting greasy working nights and weekends with zero public exposure. Most of the time it was H.R., one other manager & myself. Regardless of what the job was for no one EVER got dinged for being over dressed. Some on the panel did ding for being under dressed even if clean cut.

    Why risk it?
