    A few bolts are different.
All the above is true. And, We are a one off store that is privately owned so we are dead set on quality work.

How much did you end up paying for getting it hauled out here?

Yeah I'm def not talkin shit or anything so don't take any of it the wrong way. And Weston u are right about the run over time. I was a mechanic, I know. But part of being a good mechanic is knowing what u r doing. It's all about experience. I don't care what u have on paper, if u have no field experience then it means nothing.
So Jeff I don't know u but saying that u work at a small shop is a plus in my eyes because like u said, u care about ur work. So let's say that u know what u r doing and have worked at this shop for 10 years now. In those 10 years u have installed 106 pro comp 6" lifts on a second gen, v6 Tacoma. Out of those 106 times, u have gone over the 10hrs 12 times. Well I thought u knew what u were doing? Why did u cost the shop money 12 times?? Because whatever happened in those times, u had a lack of experience with what to do. But now, every problem that u have encountered, u have had 106 times to figure out how to fix them and even when u run into those problems, u are still getting the job done in 9 hrs.
My point is u have to take what a "general" time frame is with a grain of salt because u have no clue if the guy doin the job is a rookie or a pro.

That's true. Jeff works for Tom's 4x4. They do good work but I wish they'd stay away from goodyear  haha

Just got the jeep back from the mechanic. T-case and tranny were all good, brakes were like new, changed tranny fluid and filter and only cost $123. He said it should be taken to an alignment shop and have them do a full alignment, not just the toe, it might have to have a few joints replaced.

It is what it is. Business is business. Like you said, of 106 trucks with a 6" lift, the 12 that run over in time are rusted to the North Pole and back and it takes time to cut out all those bolts. So it's our shop guys "lack of experience" that costs us tons of money on those 12 trucks. Things are standardized as kind of a shop time insurance policy. Lots of times we knock time off the original quote if its smooth sailing. Business is business, we try to be fair to all.

:yay: sweet!!! I hope y'all do! Id guess y'all would end up saving quite a bit and, nothing personal, but I haven't had the best experience with good year. (Minor stuff but still a hassle)

What wheels are those? Your truck looks great in that pic, but did you change your wheels? Or take bead locks off? Or what?

TRD beadlocks, plasti dipped the lock rings and the center caps. I like the all black better than the chrome. I had the lock rings red and at another time white. Got lots of complements on them haha but I'm back to the plain ole black :). And thanks man!
    Thanks douche :p
