    SOoooooo i dropped the last 40 bucks i had on a CB antenna from radioshack so i could communicate at pismo, and it got eaten by the first whoop section i took.... fuck. Anyone got an extra laying around i could pick up for cheap? Need safety of cb but im broke A F.

    They are okay .. KR Fab made one way cheaper than the Tiregate, don't know if they are still being made though.

    And yes, when mounted outboard they tend to rip the bedsides apart.

    Yeah the price was another thing. That's outrageous. I thought kr's were 5-600 bucks that things 8!!!

    You basically can't design any carrier or "apparatus" that replaces the tailgate of a truck designed to hold a wheel or tire.
    So, USPTO is saying that TireGate has a legal monopoly.

    well the perch is slightly bent but barely. the mount though is destroyed. so i plan on gusseting the shit out of the perch's soon
