I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
You might be able to get away with just adjusting the arm on the axle.

There is two nuts on a threaded rod right at the axle you can just adjust the nuts to the top of the rod or 1.5" higher.

I realize how bad this post sounds but its really the only way to explain it

So i bought my taco with 2.5" lift blocks. I hate the suspension, and am going to rebuild my rear leafs, get rid of the blocks, put billies all around, and hope to end up back around 2.5-3" of lift. I am pretty sure that the trucks bpv bracket is still set at stock, because of soft breaking power as well as i warped my rotors the first time i pulled a trailer...anyway, what is the length of a 1st gen TRD sr5 stock bracket, and what is the length i should go for with a 2.5-3" lift?

You want to match the lift so 2.5" of lift you lift the bracket 2.5"

I've got a 3.5" bracket powder coated with Anodized Blue for $20.00 bucks shipped to anywhere int he US to the first one to PM me for it.

I wanted to test this color so I used a BPV bracket. So if anyone wants a PCed blue bracket let me know.

Just ordered mine!! My brake pedal has to be pushed a good bit before it really works with forces. Hopefully this will help.

That's what I figured. 1/8" plate steel is plenty rigid enough to secure the bpv.

Got it in the mail yesterday. Thanks for the quick ship out.

Will get it painted up and mounted today. I wonder how much of a difference there will be considering I have been driving around this truck around lifted for 5 years w/o a bpv bracket:D

When i designed it and installed it on mine it helped quite a bit. You should be pleased with the shorter stopping distance.
