    And Gideon, 4wheelparts is $90 per hour, but that is backed by national warranty. That is actually the cheapest in the area.


    Nothing against a mom and pop shop, as I turned down a job at a "high end" Jeep shop. (AEV specifically, but custom fab work and CNC table to have work to infinity and beyond) With corporate work, you have free advertising so work is generally plentiful. Plus benefits.

    And yes gideon, flat rate pay on mechanics is a hit or miss.

    Yeah I knew they were high as hell!! And I know about the mechanic thing. Every one was a rookie at one point. I'm not hatin on anybody or their skill level, just simply stating that a competent person will generally be faster at something then someone with very little experience. That's a pretty hard statement to argue against. ;)

    That's awesome dude. That's still half price. I'm glad u decided to pick that one up! I think u r gonna like ur decision, not only because your afr is very important to a healthy motor, too rich and u will fry plugs and burn piston rings and too lean and u will get to experience the awesome sensation of motor detonation, but it is also an aesthetically appealing gauge as u might find urself watching it constantly, along with the boost gauge ;)
