In my wife's case, her muscles pull her back out of alignment (according to her). Stress doesn't help either, it will tense up the muscles and pull other stuff out of alignment.

 

I agree.

 

Chiropractors can be good or bad. One that says you need to go see them twice a week forever is bad. One that works with you towards health and only wants to see you when needed is a good doctor.

Chiroporactors do just as much schooling and training other doctors but they focus more on the body and less on pharmacology. The back muscles and spine work together and an injury to one can certainly affect the other. I do not have a problem with my spine, but my back muscles pull me out of alignment. An adjustment corrects that and helps he muscles return to their natural position. Exercise and occasional adjustments help maintain it.

 

They probably hare you too.

 

I can dig it. One bad experience could turn anybody off. I have been very fortunate to have had some really great Chiros over the years. My wife also managed a practice for a time and has educated me on the good and bad of some doctors.

X2... I never went to one, but luckily I have also not had the need.

I like a good deep tissue massage (and no not the happy ending places). That's the only form of "therapy" I have gotten.

I was told today to stop bidding jobs because I keep landing them so now all I am doing until next month is managing jobs I already had...... going to be the longest week and a half ever.
