    I bid a job on Friday and got it. Bid a job yesterday and got it.

    We have about $10 million in jobs on the backlog with only one project manager here after I leave. He just so happens to be my buddy who got me the job. The more jobs I bring in the closer he is to blowing his brains out. Now that he knows I'm leaving he is also looking for himself.

    I dropped one of my buddy's names who does shop drawings on the side for us and he is currently in the conference room getting interviewed.

    Hopefully he takes the job and remains a friend. Hope he isn't pissed off if he takes it and hates it. I told him truthful answers to everything he asked me.
