    Maybe you have some loose bushings or bolts somewhere

    Theres a good amout of people on here that have had that problem and have not had luck troubleshooting it. The only theory that seems like it hasnt been disproven is the shock reaches full extension to fast and makes a noise.

    i checked and double checked all torque specs in the front suspension area, everything is tight.

    I dunno...5100s have a longer extended length than niteochargers correct? Nitrocharger sports are even less. I don't think it is a significant amount though

    The most logical theory would be the sway bar hitting the springs, IIRC someone on that thread had the same noise proved it wasnt the swaybar

    Edit: just re-read the thread.

    Maybe remove your sway bar and you will know for sure. No one ever ruled out that it could be the UCA hitting the coil but i dont see how that could happen.

    Thanks. Thats where i got the info from originally, so the nitrocharger sports have less compression than regular nitrochargers. Both have the same extended length. Just to clarify my previuos post wasnt correct
