    I am learning some just annoying when the instructor teaches something for an hour, then steps back and looks at everyone scratching his head asking 'is that right?' Why the hell are you asking us if its right, your the guy teaching it.

    My back started to act up on Sunday and still feels bad today. I hate muscle problems in the back. Taking lots of Advil and found some old pain meds from last year today. I bet I sleep well tonight.

    I know you have a bad back that won't go away. I bettter be well tomorrow. I have some painting to do at church in the afternoon tomorrow.

    I hate back problems. Mine hasn't surfaced in about 14 months myself. I just hope it stays away this time, but I think I herniated something years ago. I can feel the pain other places at times :(.

    Can't fail them anymore and not have them affect other things... Get a jogging stroller so you can run once Levi arrives....

    You can only fail one without major repercussions these days. Other than that and you will be screwed. My test is sometime in April, so I have time. Chicken, rice and salad for the most part for the next few months. I am going to start avoiding heavy wheat products. Pizza on occasions, sandwiches rarely and no sugars. I am looking to lose 20lbs by then. Also, beer only once in a while.

    Have your starches in the AM or at lunch. Not after 2:00. CHicken and a salad at night is one of my main last meals of the day. I try not to eat after 6:00 at night.

    Hope your back clears up soon! I know how miserable that can be.

    You don't have to "give up" anything .... just make better choices. Have thin crust pizza with lots of veggies rather than a double pepperoni deep dish. Anything fresh is good...avoid the prepackaged crap where ever possible.

    Depends, I would count it myself. I need to make my own pizza sooner or later and find some natural sauce. It's amazing how much sugar is actually in the store bought sauces.
