I never heard back from anyone All Pro about the group buy. I was the one asking to hold onto my bumper or wait on making it. I hurt my back in Iraq, now I'm back here getting MRId and Xrayd and all that jazz...
I want to replace my 3 piece All Pro bumper with this new one! Any hopes for this now?
I got a few emails saying the next person would help me out, but the next person emailing me just said the same thing... :(

yeah I guess... but I was in Iraq, phone access other than Skype was a pain. I'm back in CA now, trying to get caught up on life! Just installed my new '12 mirror and new bracket to raise the mirror. Love it!

Had a conversation with Steven/Sarah at AP a on Tuesday about the brackets. They have them in stock, but are in the process of test fitting them on the older bumpers. . Should be available for purchase soon.

Question for those that ordered one. How did you decide on the hoops and lightgaurds? What were your thoughts? Looks, weight, protection?

I like the looks either way, weight is always an issue so I am trying thinking about protection.

I do a lot of desert offroading, tough thorny nasty brush. Plus, I have a large LED lightbar I want to set on the bumper centered. Should I go with the extra hoops/loops?

Can those bumpers take a 150 -200lb deer off the road at lets say 35 - 40 miles per hour? Man, I wish I had that on when I creamed that deer. Freaking deer everywhere here. First thing Im buying when I get my tax refund.....

I got the hoops and I love them. They look awesome and are a good gauge for how close you are to a tree or vehicle. The bumper is already heavy as hell, so the hoops shouldn't make much of a difference. If you like them, get them!

AFAIK, the new brackets work just fine with the older bumpers.
The only issue is the fact that they do not work with the sway bar relocation brackets.

    This.
Sarah and Kurtis say "I love having the head light hoops on the front corner, they let me know when I'm about to bash X rock or Y tree. Perfect for cornering in the tight stuff."
I'll be putting one of the 1st gen apex bumpers on my truck eventually and you can bet your ass it'll have full hoops.

This again. The center hoops are 8 pounds and the head light hoops are 12 pounds. In the grand scheme of things, 20 pounds isn't much considering you're already hanging a 150# work of art off of the front of your truck.
This is why adjustable coil-overs are awesome. ;)

Thanks everyone for the feedback on the hoops. I ordered the full monte last Friday through Kurtis. My old truck is getting a facelift with new bumper, skids, and a 30" LED lightbar!
