    Took about 20 hours for me to do. The first one is always the worst!

    ive got one of his bumpers on my truck. bought it before he started selling the kits though. they are pretty damn tough. the headlight guards were a worthwhile investment. :cool:

    I'm thinking maybe do it in aluminum to keep the weight down and learn how to TIG weld :)

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Forces in an accident can be significantly higher than when winching. Most all bumpers will bend in an accident over 10 mph.

    It is just under 100 pounds! I havent noticed any sagging.

    I was also thinking about doing one of his diy kits but I was hoping to find some clearer pics of the angles(approach, side view and from the front) on a completed Bumper. In most of the pics of the gen 2 bumpers that I have found are really dark and hard to see. If anyone has some better pics of this bumper I would really love to see some.
