I was passing a semi in bumble fuck oregon when i saw a dead deer in the middle of my lane. I slowed down and veered slightly left to avoid it. the snow plow had scrapped the snow flat on the median so i thought i had more pavement than i actually had. I went off the road in the median, hit a reflector, corrected and the back end slid out and around and i went off the opposite side of the road through a reflector, over and out a ditch, throught a farmers fence, over his irrigation piping and 360ed through his field. I ended up ripping the front fender flairs off as well as ripped the bumper in two pieces, and broke the tabs on the headlight. I took some paint off right before the sliders on the door, then the sliders took the grunt of the impact with the fence. Also broke a fitting off my rack and pinion, so i had to fix that in Idaho.

All in all, i was lucky to keep all four tires on the ground the whole time. Im ok, no other cars involved, just an oh shit moment at the beginning of a long drive home

They do that in Steamboat Springs...the snow plows also have an outrigger blade that pushes the snow into the swail, level, and looks like the shoulder goes out flat for 4 or 5 more feet...WRONG!

yeah, they would be attached to the front bumper cover but they were taken off when they replaced my front bumper so i figured i would have better luck selling them separate.

Technically you dont have them anymore because of your hybrid front bumper right?

So the down sides to the car.
