You would be higher in the front, if thats the look your going for then ya 885s up front and stock rear. If you want it level you should go with shorter springs up front or lift the rear

I know that's what I want, so since I'm leaving the back stock, should I get the 884s or 885s, I just wanted to be a little higher then the 2" spacer lift I have mow

You cannot put in OME 885x coils in the front and stay stock and not expect a bro lean. I thought you said you had 2" blocks back there :/

    Interesting

On average with a lighter truck like yours
    884s ~ 2-2.25"
    885s~ 2.5-2.75"

What are you center of hub to fender measurements right now?

How much of lean would I have? I'm .5" higher in the front and it's barely noticeable I just wanted to go a little higher and loose the spacers completely

884s. Less need for aftermarket UCAs.

So I'd still have the same look then? And I need the 1/4" spacer for the taco lean right?

I'd go with a spindle lift and not waste my time with coils. You'll get more of the look you want because they push the front tires out further also. You won't have to mess with UCAs since all the stock geometry is retained. Put a 1.5" AAL in the rear and you'll still have that bro look you want but it's a simplier lift.

If you get 5100s then yes 1/4 top plate spacer spacer. If you get OME shocks then you can get the trim packer and not the top plate spacer. It is hard to be sure you will have the same amount of lift or higher. Post your center of hub to fender measurements, that will help. Every truck is different but going off of averages i think 884s will be the same or a little higher than what you have now. Just a guess tho because i don't know that you have exactly 2" of lift right now.

The top plate spacer is 3/4" of lift.

I think the taco lean spacer is 1/4" an should be used with any shock, may be wrong on that though.

OME shocks use the OME trim packer

Top plate spacers come in different thicknesses, 1/4 should take care of tacolean :notsure: I was refering to the OME trim packer for taco lean, only works with OME.

That's what I thought as far as the trim packer, so I think I'm gonna go with the 884s, 5100s all around and call it a day

You'll be happy. It will probably make you sit .5" more in the front. But its an estimate. Every truck is different.

Just put a ton of weight in the bed to make it sit lower :D

Well I already have the 2" spacer so it'll look the sand just ride 10x better

I would say thats a good choice, 885s would be a little much but that is just my opinion, to me the only time a tacoma looks nice with major bro lean is full long travel. Your pushing it with 885s also, the higher you go the more need for aftermarket UCAs. I still think you should go measure before purchasing anything. Or do what Pugga said and do a spindle lift with AAL

I'm about to put on the OME lift with the 885X coils from Toytec for my 08 access cab and I was wondering whether I should install the top plate spacer (.5 inch) or not. The back has the 1.5 inch aal. I am wanting my truck to sit more or less level and would like to avoid the front tilting upward at all. I have searched around but haven't found a definitive answer. Any thoughts/comments would be great!

What about potential sag? Or was the sagging relieved after the ome using the x model springs?
