    You live by the mall? My exit is the McCollough exit i live right by the bill millers there! Luckily nevwe been busted right there but theres always quite abit of patrol in that area

    If memory serves me well I think it's both. Some screwed In and plastic rivets. I looked for something similar from Go Rhino but couldn't find one that fit 2012 & newer Tacomas so I just went with the avid bar.
