Installed my pop and lock, which sounds kind of funny. And mounted and installed my 21" Blitzpro LED light bar. not super impressed with the Blitzpro but I guess for $150 you get what you pay for. Gonna get a rigid 20" in there ASAP.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Pardon my ignorance, but what is the need for 4x4 in Texas? :notsure: Up here it is to get milk and water during a snowstorm, but 99% of the time 2wd is fine, even wheeling. And yes I am legitimately asking.

Click the link in my sig for light bars if you want to pay half the price for a brighter light than that. Or get a rigid and pay double or triple the price of these. Blitzpro has great lights, but aren't as bright.

    Moab Trips! haha

I use 4wd all the time here, but I live in Idaho. It's pretty weird to not own a 4wd truck around here.

I ordered mine and when I got the box said it was marked as 'access cab' as well but they fit just right...I think the box was marked 'access cab' by error. Just remember the short end goes toward the front and you only need 3 bolts per step so a total of 6. One bolt in the front, two in the middle, nothing for the rear. Hope this helps...

Are those legit. I don't want a half ass light bar. My dealer can get me a 20" e series for $500. Not worth the money?

Yeah? They aren't half ass. Many members are buying from okledlightbars. He even had a group buy on here not too long ago and everyone loves his lights. I'll post a night pic of my 20" from there. Love the light. I've gotten 3 light bars from him already and they all are great. Getting a dually or 2 from him sometime soon. And I wouldn't say the rigid isn't worth the money. It's just these are pretty much the same thing except half or more of the price of rigid.

    EDIT:

To quote Lyle Lovett..."That's right, you're not from Texas".

You must have no idea of all the terrain this state has to offer. 350 miles of beach. Lots of MUD. And a lot of great mountains out west. Ever been to/seen Big Bend, Davis Mountains, Guadalupe Mountains? Seriously fun 4wheeling all across Far West Texas. You seriously need to educate yourself on the diverse landforms of Texas if you think it's not worthy of a 4WD vehicle. I'm sure I have flawed impressions on the states I've never seen myself.

To be honest. If the only reason I had a 4WD Tacoma for was snow...I'd shoot myself. It's fun to drive in the snow...but the backroads and trails are where the real fun is.
