any of you guys know a good and inexpensive place that can do my 886 coils in the springs, i just need them swapped in place of my 884's? if so are they relatively quick?

I dot know anyone in the springs who does it. I would give even a good mechanic 1-2 hours to take off disassemble, and reassemble with the new. Then aligin if it needs it.

Ill be doing this shortly as well. there are a few videos online about how to do it without a spring compressor. not sure how safe it is, but its possible.

anyone with an ARB, can you measure the distance between the mounting holes for the two light tabs for me. I have one on order, but am thinking about a light bar and was wanting to get everything ordered so i can throw it all on at once.

I did post it yesterday. ;) Clear and crisp are one thing but you want to mount it flush and make sure that the reticle isn't cant'd... that is that it's rotated within the housing a little bit. This will affect your windage hold overs at distance.

    That's all that matters.

I've got a couple of those and they're great. One on my Arsenal AK47 and the other is on my truck gun (PSA midlength AR15) that some here have seen. You are talking about optics for different tasks though so I think you need to figure out exactly what it is you want. That Sparc is a great deal for what you get and performs as well as my Aimpoint Micros at a fraction of the price. It seems pretty durable from my testing but long-term reliability is yet to be determined as it has already been with the Aimpoint products. I also have a couple Eotech XPS on some AR's that I really like too. But if you need something with magnification then none of these will meet your needs. This is why I was trying to get details on what you need to know what to suggest checking out.

Enjoying a beer on my roof. Would be better burning a cigar with a steak on the grill though. Guess I need to get down and start that.
