Still do! Helps keep the bead on the rim at low tire pressures.

Got the buy 3 get the 4th free deal at the dealer on these tires. Good in mud and outstanding stopping in snow/ice so far for agressive AT tires. I like them a lot hopefully they wear well.

My Duratracs have 42000 miles on them and I was worried about them in the snow this season. They still performed great. I should make it to about 50000 miles.

That's AWESOME! I wish I had the balls to give my last set a try. I had 38,000+ on mine. I know I could get another 5000-7000 out of them, but I didn't want to try it in the snow and ice out here. We get lots! I loved them enough to buy another set just like the old ones. I figure I have good enough tread on the old ones to use as a couple full size spares. I shoulda ordered 6 new wheels instead of 5...Oh well:D

I've had my 05 for quite a while now. Several different tire setups over the years. The Duratracs are by far the best setup I've used in the snow. My truck is the most predictable it's been in snowy conditions since I've had it. If they hold up like I hope they will, I willl continue to buy duratracs for years to come.

I had these put on today in a 265/70R17. I went from original stock tires with about %15 tread left on them. I noticed the the truck to be a tad bit sluggish compared to stock but not bad at all. Also this damn near fixed my steering wheel vibration at 75 mph. Must have been a defective tire or improper balance and rotation. I bought the truck with 48,000 miles on it so I don't know how it drove when it was brand new. The road noise was no near as bad as you would think it would be. There is a bit of hum at highway speeds but hardly noticeable. I can't comment on the mpg's which I was hoping somebody could tell me what they are getting. I think these tires are great for the price and I hope they last a long time. They totally set off the look of my Tacoma.

My mpgs took a noticeable hit, perhaps 2 mpg drop, when my 265/75/16 DTs were new. After 10k miles however the mileage improved and I routinely get 20 mpg on daily driver miles. Load C.

Why is it every time I "upgrade" my truck, it gets worse on the road (true, but sarcasm). I seem to be down about 1.5 mpg's with my 285/75/16's which is about what I expected going with that size. Down to about 14.5 mpg with my last few tanks. And a noticeable change in power/tranny action. Seems to be searching for the right gear which I know is hurting mileage. Time to re-gear :)

Keep in mind if you go to a bigger tire your traveling farther then the odo is saying (and going faster than speedo says)! So you need to factor that in to your calculations. IE my 265/75/16 are 3% larger than stock 265/70/16's - that equates to about 8 mi a tank more. So it may not be quiet as bad as you think. In my case that only gives me back about 0.5 MPG in my calculations. I know this is nerdy but most people dont figure that in. The fact remains though - bigger / heavier tires = worse MPG. Bottom line - these tires cost me about 1MPG. I average about 16MPG with 70/30 city/hwy. At least with 265C's the truck isn't affected that much.

OK, I might buy 285/75/16 duras but I'm so sketched about going up to the E class.. I'm not so concerned about the mpg but I am concerned about the ride.. like how bad is it??

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Get some 17s and go with D or get 265s and get C if your worried about it. I have the D load range and its really not bad
