Ongoing home renovations... one of my pipes froze this week so I'm tearing it out and re-routing it and soccer games at night.

I've got a few hours to kill between games so if anyone is in the Bedford between 5 and 7, I'll be at Margaritas on 4 & 225 :)

No, Bedford, MA. It's NW of Boston, just off 95.

Anyone have the cobra 75wxst CB radio? Any complaints? I like that it's really compact and everything is contained on the speaker/ mic thing.

I have a $100 Amazon gift card that's just asking to be spent....

I've got a game from 4-5 then another one at 7 so I'll be at the bar for a couple hours licking my wounds from the first game. Some of the team might be there also. They're a fun group.

i have it, and love it! you can scan all 40 channels, and you can scan between 2 channels you pick out... i have a 2' firestik mounted up to it and had no problem reaching out 8+ miles transmit and receive, very clear and good quality. got it on Amazon for like 62 bucks shipped a couple weeks ago, i love it. and it IS plenty loud enough.

Thanks, guess I know where that gift card is going.

Where's your fire stick mounted? 2ft seems really short. I was looking at 4' and mounting it from a some sort of bracket installed between the bed and tailgate, or just on the bedrail. Though I'd prefer not to drill even a small hole, and the stake hole knockouts(if there even were any) are covered in line-x
