    It will in the long run. But my body is used to high calorie and high carb food which mean lots of fast burning energy.

    My body is not used to not having such things so it's freaking out a bit and at the same time the last of the "toxins" are passing out. Should see improvement by this next week.

    It's hard diet though..I miss my desserts..
