This is why I want to get Toytec's ultimate lift. Up to 3" lift and adjustable with spanner wrenches

That't front lift only though, and didn't he say add the cost of the rebuild to that? maybe I read that wrong.

So you're a plumber or something Mike?

Having a similar issue. It's been good for a bit but back at me again. I don't know much about plumbing in general but even I can figure out you shouldn't run a pipe parallel to the rear of the foundation..plus I am getting a draft somewhere in the bathroom under the Jacuzzi. GRR!!!

No, just a DIY homeowner. Not a licensed plumber or electrician but know enough to fix my own stuff.

When the contractor who built the bathroom for the previous owner plumbed the shower, he ran the lines on an exterior wall. I'm capping those and re-running them in my crawl space. I insulated the entire crawl space with spray foam insulation (that was a fun project) so I know it won't freeze under there and it gets the lines off the exterior wall.

I tell you one thing, the Pex pipe and fittings make plumbing a LOT easier. I can and still do a lot of copper sweat fittings but you really can't beat those press on fittings.

I'm not going to be able to get out of work early Monday, someone else took the day off. I don't get out until 5, it's looking like I'm going to need some help from someone.

How late does this place stay open or what time do we need to pick them up by?

Tony, I can pick yours up and bring them up to Millis if you want. Not sure if that's closer for you or not.

That's part of it. The Jacuzzi is on the wall right against the crawl space. I don't know how it was done but you can feel an awful draft coming from underneath it as well, so my guess is it's not sealed properly.

I'm a DIY guy as well but plumbing is not something I know how to do..I would hate to drop the $$ to call a plumber but it's beyond me.

If you have a draft then the plumbing isn't your problem, insulation is. Are the lines themselves at least insulated? You can buy pipe insulation cheap and it's very easy to instal (it's like those pool noodles, you just slide them over the pipe). You really need to seal off that draft. Can you access the space and see where the air is coming from? Maybe try that Great Stuff spray foam to seal it up (be careful, that stuff expands a LOT, don't put it in a confined space, make sure it has enough room to expand)

I got them insulated in the crawl space and heat taped as well.

I can get in the space as well..I have a small panel to get in under the tub but not sure what's going on. IMO I think I have 2 issues..the pipes routing in the crawl space and the draft from the crawl space to under the tub. Even if the heat tape and such is working in the crawlspace the draft coming under the tub could do it, plus it's robbing me of heat.
