Might take the truck on some trails :notsure:
The snow makes everything look so pretty and clean I hate missing it.
Other then that I have a date at 9pm for some drinks.

    What about you?

There's nothing like new snow. Beautiful.

Nothing special...... Pack some stuff up to mail out on Monday and go through some stuff and get rid of it. And try and get the tree roots out.

    Good morning all.

Catching up on lasts weeks xTreme 4x4. Just showed coverage of the KOH qualifier at Rausch Creek. Really should have gone to watch that last year.

Cut them about every 4-6' with one of these bad boys

after cutting go back with a pick and work them out from one side to the other. a good pick will make easy work of them because of the leverage. if the pick doesn't have a good handle it can break easily when used like this

if they are huge I would just yank them out with a tow strap after cutting them.

    morning Ms Leesa

I pulled up one last weekend... the part that I had worked on, came right out,,, but the one that I haven't done anything to - laughed at me  :anonymous: didn't want to keep at it and have it break and come through my back window. Thanks for the tip.

6 laps of a 15 mile course, looks like it hit a good portion of the park. Thought I saw trail 13. Seemed to be good viewing spots on the slower sections.

    Good morning Susan, Lisa.

I do it the lazy/easy way for big ones. I cut them every couple feet and then come back to them in a while once the roots rot away.

How were you doing it? Trying to get the whole thing? The larger they are the smaller I would cut them. You may not be able to handle 4-6' lengths and may want to tackle 2-3' at a time.

I need coffee and breakfast. On that note I think it's time to gear up and head out to see if I can kill this truck.

When is it this year? I would be down to go as long as it's not with some huge crowd of DB's tagging along :D

Keep it off here then. You know how these people are.

I'd be up to go. Don't know if the Jeep would make it through the parking lot though.
