    Ben, I, am, your, man! You already know I love cycling, and usually log 3-5 kmi/year, but much like you I'm lacking in self motivation at current. I've gained 22lbs since my knee surgery in June, and I desperately need to start using my trainer again for multiple reasons.
    1. Knee rehab is a continual effort, and crucial to the long term performance of it.
    2. I need to lose weight and get back in shape.
    3. My wife says she loves me unconditionally, and I believe her, but I'd like to be as attractive as possible for her benefit.

    So, we need to talk, and get serious about hounding each other daily!

    Lolz! That sounds a little ridiculous......at first! We could totally do group spinning in the room where my trainer is set up. I've got some training videos that I watch on the tv in there. Nothing like 1000 watt 7.1 surround for spinning class

    If that's where you work out, Ben doesn't need his own membership. You're allowed to bring 1 guest, 100% of the time you go to the gym, so Ben can just go with you for free.
