I just happen to be a fan of Zombie Response. And a 35 gal tank would be awesome for the apocalypse...but I'd rather carry jerry cans than spend that much.

True all the real offroaders are buying this tank. I think Gus Vildosola Jr. and B.J. Baldwin ran it in their trucks last year.

Really cool piece of equipment. However, a bit pricey for me. I could buy front and rear plate bumpers for the same price. GLWS....

You could hide a lot of drugs in a 35 gal tank.

Also bet they run a stock frame and not aloud a bed cage too. and i bet their gas tanks are atleast triple that cost... your points are invalid. and im guessing they were running expo rigs as well. You cant compare a multi million dollar trophy truck to a weekend warrior.

If the tank is not approved by the HTSA It isnt worth anything but A FANCY planter. Great idea but I think Contico plastic would work with anyone to get a larger tank. I like the idea.

Just heard this tank will now be in the 2014 Tacoma TRD ROE (Real Offroader Edition)

All real offroaders love tacking on as much weight onto only one side of their truck as possible.

FYI , fuel safe makes a 35 gallon tank and guess what? its almost exactly the same price and doesn't look like abstract art. Would probably fit nicely right about where that spare tire sits since real offroaders move their spare tire anyway.

This tank is actually ideal for mall crawlers. You could hit every mall in San Diego County without a fill up, SWEET!

Time to crack a beer

I wouldnt buy it but you shitting in a guys thread because you wouldnt buy it is messed up. Just trying to say that there are people out there that could use this. And you know why they move their spare right? because its a hazard area. why would you take your tire out of harms way to put a gas tank in harms way? Actually the fuel safe one is about $400 more and would require way more custom fab work to fit.

Ok you guys got me. Why not just convert the whole truck bed to a fuel tank? Wait follow me here...

So imagine the whole entire floor of your truck bed is one big fuel cell? Perfectly balanced plenty of capacity, still got your truck bed to use for space, and keep your spare where ever you like.

I know! Cool right?! I'm excited as shit right now, see you guys in a bit I will be in my garage, gotta pull the bed and get this product to market before frankentank, takes all my business!

Don't waste your time, my tank will hold 55 gallons and I will come in at $250.00. For that price you get PDF instructions on how to build the tank. Its sweet.

For $350.00 you can upgrade to my Deluxe tank system which will give you an extra 15 gallons. Totally sweet.

Starting group buy soon if I get 10 buyers the cost will be $250 for my deluxe system and a postcard from me in Hawaii.

    Who is in?
