    pop 2 bolts out of the top and it folds down like a tailgate. but other than that its a solid mount

    Now that is a good idea....you going to put some kind of strut on it to help lift it when the tire is on it.....saw a guy this weekend with a CBI tiregate that folds down from the rear receiver....had to get some help to lift it with ease.
