Question about the brakes (Possibly just on 09's)

I'm just curious how many other people have this problem, and if they have found a reason/resolution yet.

My 09 has about 3k on it, ever since I picked it up, when braking from 40-60MPH normally, there is a lot of shaking/pulsing. Now, I know how warped rotors act, and this is not it, brakes fine every other time.

Here's the interesting part, if I shift into Neutral when braking, I do not have this problem. It appears to be getting progressively worse, which is starting to make me think this is a transmission issue. It's not axel wrap, I get that, but that happens after I've come to a complete stop.

Anyone? I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to see about getting this fixed.

The entire truck. It's hard to describe. It feels like the rotors are warped, sort of, but they aren't and I don't feel it when its in Neutral.

 

try greasing the propeller shaft(drive shaft) i heard of a couple 09 shimming because they were not grease properly

 

That would be a major pain in the ass, and probably wouldn't yield very good results at 50MPH.
