    I do that when it is time to empty the fridge. I am going to make a stir fry salad tonight. I am also smoking chicken thighs that I marinated in teriyaki,ginger,green onions and honey overnight. I am also smoking a 3 inch thick porterhouse..... hope that comes out good.
    I am going to try to stir fry a salad lightly in truffle oil......very lightly panfried or stir fried. something like green onions carrots julienned and some lettuce and tomatoes that I have in the fridge.

    Super easy but really tasty...

    1.5 lb flank steak, scored on both sides
    season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
    2 slices of sammich bread, cubed. Toss with 2 Tbsp of parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp of melted butter.
    Place bread/cheese/butter in center of steak and fold it closed. Secure with skewers.
    In crock pot mix: 1 envelope brown gravy mix, 1 cup water and 1/4 cup red wine. (double the gravy/water if you want lots of gravy for mashed potatoes) Add some sliced mushrooms and onions if you'd like.
    Place flank steak in gravy mixture and cook on medium for 4 or 5 hours.
