high clearance CV Axles

    A few bolts are different.
    is there anything like it available for a second gen? where do ya get it?

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    i've heard of extended cv's like for LT kits, but not high clearance. either way hey still have to be above the LCA and get their protection from that

    A few bolts are different.
    I found the ones for the LT kits but I was just informed that the auto zone cv's had lifetime warranty so I guess why bother with the extra expense of high angle ones if I could get them.

    ohhh and sorry the thread title should have been "High Angle"

    i guess the benefit would be less time swapping CV's and hoping that the store would be open?

    true but its not too bad. these have gone for around 50,000 miles on higher angles from the lift and 35,000 was on the shit box spacer lift. With the new lift the boots are not rubbing as bad. Guess I'll do the wheel barrings while im in there.

    No such thing as a "high angle cv joint". High angle boots, yes. CV's, FAIL!

    Edit : nevermind, I figure you have the high clearance rear bumper, seen it, it is very well built. I wana see a finished bolt on
