Hmm...that could work to spice it up a little.

Oh, and double the gravy/water/wine if you want extra gravy for mashed potatoes.

My own concoction. Green chili tamale corn chowder. I used a tamale to thicken the soup.

i've had both. I really like grilled Pizza, but it's cold and rainy so no grilled pizza tonight. They were baked on a pizza stone which gets a really nice crispy crust.

i joke that i should make a t-shirt that says, "body by gravy". this dish looks great!!

you wanna improve gravy gluten free? some things that may help. you have to add glutamate. beefy flavor. 3 things have tons of glutamate. tomato paste, anchovies, and mushrooms. you grind some anchovies into gravy..you never taste it as fish. it just turns on the volume of gravy.
soy sauce also is glutamate rich..but you would need the wheat free one.

another gravy trick? bloom some unflavored gelatin in some chicken stock and cook it into the gravy. it adds that mouth feel to any sauce.

Good tips. You can also use some cooked down onions, celery and carrots. puree them up real good and add them in. Also gives a nice flavor.

 Yes, its not exactly a healthy meal but it is tasty! I did have some veggies too, just didn't plate them up right away as I didn't want them swimming in the gravy too.

I usually throw in some mushrooms and onions but didn't have any handy and didn't want to head back out to the store.

Ok I am not all that happy right now. My computer has been down for close to 2 weeks. I havent had any time to drop it off at Bestbuy and I have not been at work enough to drop it off with one of my coworkers. I have not been able to figure out how to get pics on TW and my wife has not been very helpful in helping me either.....lol. I am going to try to get the pics on tonight.
