So a Ruger Scout Rifle is on my short list of toys to buy. Only problem is I haven't found many "scout" scopes. The problem being they all tend to be a fixed magnification.

Just found the scope that fits the bill:
    http://swfa.com/Leupold-15-5x33-VX-R-Scout-Scope-P51466.aspx

No idea Leupold made this until a few hours ago. Looks pretty darn nice and not only does it have a variable magnification, but also an illuminated reticle. Gotta start saving for real. Hopefully prices will be back down by the time I'm ready to put the money down.

I was looking at a spectre II, but this brand is the other one that I was considering, either the guardian 22 or guardian 22 xl, I actually lean towards these for the price, I have a dealer near me that carries them, and after handling them (haven't shot them), they seem really nice, especially for the price

Thats a sweet round. I shot my buddies, not expecting any kick, hit myself in the face with the scope.

Has anyone else noticed that that suppressors seem to be getting more common?

I've been seeing them quite a bit in the last year or 2
