    If so whats the best way to get to the top bell houseing bolts? i cant seem to get to them from under the truck do i need to go at it from top or drop the back of the transmission thus allowing it to pivit and then get to them?

    This is a first for me on a RWD transmission. i have done quite a few FWDs though

    Got it out today it was a bitch took 1.5 hours to get the dam 2 top bolts off :mad:. my ? now is when we put it back in would it be easier to do tranny 1st then transfer case or put it all in at once?
