What's your deductible like? Is it even worth claiming it on insurance?

    Deductible $100.
It's gonna need a new front bumper, possible headlights, grill, and bull bar is destroyed..
So, yes, for all that, $100 is extremely worth it. That's most likely way over $1000...
Maybe I should just put an Avid light bar on it.
This plate bumper stuff is giving me a headache

ARB is big enough that retailers usually have stock on hand.

Demello and (shudder) All-Pro are sometimes known to do so as well.

He hasn't posted any pics of the damage yet. The pic is pre-deer collision.

Workman thinks you should consider the other mods that you will need to support the weight of an ARB or similar "cattle pusher" bumper. To do it right you would need something like lets say....full OME suspension with 885/886 coils up front.

Your stock suspension will not like that heavy ass bumper one bit, especially if you ever go off road. It will wear out the stock UCA/LCA faster as well.

Oh yeah, and your MPG will drop a little.

But if you got the money for all this, hell yeah get an ARB.

Workman just noticed you do have OME+885's. Half way there.
    Workman likes CBI the best.

was just wondering about insurance cause my deductible is $500 :/ and would be reluctant to pay it in some instances.

Yea only $100 for my comprehensive. $500 for collision. Deer is comp.
So I'm thinking maybe a tubular bumper instead of full plated.. Will be cheaper but still look good and protect.
Whos fastest and easiest to deal with?
Also what would be a step up from the bull bar, like the avid light bar, which would wrap around the stock bumper... any other models out there?

Avid's about the best bolt-on bar. All Pro would be about the lightest duty bumper replacement, so that's sort of your delineation point.
