    I shipped everything today - most via UPS but a couple had to go USPS.:(
    I'll be PMing and emailing conformation/tracking info this evening after dinner.

    UPS will be my preferred carrier moving forward. I will still ship via USPS to Canada due to the feedback from the folks there.
    The only drawback is the cost of shipping to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS.
    For these members I'll offer a choice.

    The elbow is MUCH better thank you! The Bosch shears were the turning point... I have been almost two weeks now without the forearm strap - so far so good. :eek:
    The key was eliminating the repetitive motion and stretching and excersizing the proper muscles as well.
    I've also been using a modified scroll saw for some of the plastic cutting. Another factor that helped is I built a new custom one-handed tool for the grill assembly process. This was something I had been toying around with for some time in my head and when the arm started to really bug me it was the catalyst for taking the time to build it.
    I showed it to Anthony (PSU Taco83) and he was like "WTF is that?!?" :laughing:
    It is not pretty but it has cut the time it takes to assemble the two part grills by about 2/3rds. :cool:
    It just came down to having to work smarter - not harder. ;)
