I am a wheat beer and stout kinda guy. I love smoothness of Left Hand Milk Stout and Guinness, and the crisp cold partial bitterness of Easy Street and Blue Moon.

And 1556 isn't too bad at all either.

I'd prefer it draft from a brewery

The mexican chocolate stout from Copper Kettle brewing Co is amazing. The nitro milk stout is one of my favorites too.

have you tried the new guinness dark lager? its really good

New Belgium's Imperial Coffee Chocolate Stout is amazing as well.

you could always try one of odell's cutthroat porter or the lugene Chocolate milk stout

Im not a huge stout drinker though, im more into the saison and sour beers. I dont know if were taking the truck but FO CO peeps i might have it up in your hood tomorrow night at the sold out event at New Belgium called Lost in the Woods which is all about sours!!!

I've only had the dark lager in a bottle, I haven't seen it on tap.

yeah ive only had the black lager in a bottle as well.

You would have to travel to New Belgium's tasting room to get the Imperial Coffee Chocolate stout on draft though, it only comes in a bomber bottle but well worth the cost

Coopersmiths up here in FOCO has a cider brew that they aren't allowed to sell in their growlers from the brewery due to high % by volume. Makes me mad too, cuz its my favorite cider!!!

I might be able to get us an exclusive party at Hogshead Brewery. We would need to set up a list and date and get enough people to actually show up to be able to do it. They put a min on parties, working with the owner in his other business will help.
