Put in some LEDs for my front blinkers:

They unfortunately began to "hyper flash" immediately:eek:, so I pulled the flasher fuse from up and behind the dash. This is what it looks like:

Then I dremeled down the resistor (which is basically the thin/wide piece of metal that the dremel tool is resting on) since I needed the resistance to be higher due to the LEDs.:p Final product:

AND MY BLINKERS DON'T HYPER FLASH ANYMORE!!! WOO HOO!!! :D

Didn't have to use resistors, or splice into the wiring, or any of that stupid stuff! Just simply thinned down a small amount of a tiny piece of metal! ;)

    Look at build!
Yea I like it too! This isn't permanent at all. I just pulled my headlights to resto them and pulled the Hellas at the same time and realized they would fit and turned out to look kinda cool.. A little older retro look in a way.. One day I might buy a spare grill to cut up and fiberglass the lights into it for Offroad use but for now my stock headlights will do

Thank you sir, but a hundred bucks is a little steep! Especially since it is broken. Might be a great fit for an automatic, since it includes the shifter section too. If they want to fix it.

    The Bad:
The rear storage compartment door has a broken hinge on one side, so it isn't very usable unless you are careful with it.
The foam things around the cup holders are all broken off, but it still hold things well.

Also included is the shift console for the same vehicle with automatic transmission.

I'd see what he wants for it.

I replaced the cup holder tabs on mine, there's a wirteup on here somewhere. And i only use that little goofy rear compartment for my registration/insurance, it's too small for any thing else.

Better than waiting two years if you really want one.

Madjik, what did you pay for yours?

I got mine several months ago for about $60-70(ish) I think. It was in great shape, just had to clean up some surface rust on the metal brackets.

Try calling around local junk yards or parts dealers. Once you get it you'll be glad you made the switch.

Ready lift with 20 inch rims and 37 murders. 20% tint all around and 50% on front. Stubby antenna led build in third brake light bed light and interior lights.
Is this making a good or no difference for you overall..... always disliked the belt driven fans.

Tune up is the normal oil, plugs, filter, rotate tires stuff like that
overhaul gets into the motor it self some but not a tear down like the rebuild.
rebuild is like it sounds. tear apart repair and rebuild everything.

So yeah this week I had a new stock clutch and flywheel installed along with a brand new OEM throttle accelerator cable.

What a huge difference having instant throttle feel is!!!

My old cable was at the last of its adjustment and still loose.

My clutch was toasted with burn marks all over and the pressure plate was falling apart.

High weight flywheel is a little scored up but otherwise in great condition.

The lighter clutch pedal feel was a trip and am still getting used to it.

Runs better and feels more nimble and way more responsive.

My main mechanic Jason Speed Freak drove it for the first time after the clutch install and was completely impressed how it drove.

He was: Wow that things drives like stock but better.

Feels great knowing all of the truck is dialed in for optimal usage on and off the road.
