2013 double cab trd sport long bed 4x4 as previously described. I thought I got an amazing deal at 27,661..However the dealer called me in an attempt to come resign a new contract. The pictures will describe said incident below.

Normal window sticker for 2013 at msrp of 33,460.

With the discount from my sister (do the math), graduate rebate(1000), and the Toyota dealers online error...see picture below (option5 gave me 1500 cash back) the error has now been corrected at this time unfortunately. I only paid 27,661..or so I thought. If you look at line 6b, they deducted the 1000 graduate rebate a second time off the truck on accident. Which means I got the truck for 26,661.

Needless to say the dealer is not happy with me at this point in time. Not really my problem though

I got a 13 DCSB TRD Off Road TX package for 30,329. For some reason it was cheaper than the regular TRD Off Road package and I kind of like the fake Bead Lock wheels.

Haha, wow...that's insane! So either the dealer took a bath, or the truck you traded in was worth way more than $20k...it was a 2011 Tacoma? Was it a real base truck with no packages? I guess it really doesn't matter though if you'd paid $23k for it before...that's crazy.

Your sister must have a super nice Toyota job to get a deal that far under dealer invoice...lucky!

EDIT: Wait, your sticker shows $33.4k as the MSRP. Previously you had stated $35.8k, which is probably why I was so surprised.

It was a access cab 2 wheel drive. Noting special. My sister is with the ergonomic engineering department for new car development. She has an amazing corporate job.

Yeah I was off on my msrp, but in the end it was a great deal that got better when the dealer screwed up.

Retail on my used 2011 was 23 and change, dealer trade in on Kelly blue book was 20,890.

The right thing to do is point out the clerical error and deal with the fallout honestly and with integrity. Bragging about this and justifying bad behavior has a way of coming back to bite you.

The clerical error was found three days later when the dealer did their paperwork. Do you think the dealer would have redone a contract if it was in their favor? I think you live on your own crazy world Rick where the dealer is honest as well and always does the right thing. No one is justifying bad behavior. This is a post where we tell what we paid or expect to pay for a truck. I was merely relaying my interaction with the dealer I bought from. It's not like the I forced the error upon them or even noticed it on the contract. It's not really a matter of I did something wrong, but winning some battles and losing others. Rick, you have the ability to take it however you want, but in the end your post just looks a little green to me. In other words, your not my dad so don't preach your integrity on me. If your telling me that you would not have taken the extra 1000 dollar rebate then your just as foolish as the words in your post.

    none yet

Same setup and I paid about $32+k excluding taxes and other fees. By the time tax, fees, and interests are calculated, it is back up above MSRP:eek:. Can't win with the stealerships :D.
