Lower mounted Yakima/Thule Roof racks for access cabs??? Possible?

I know for cars these roof racks can be mounted lower and closer to the top of the car, is this also possible for access cab tacos?

 

I've got Thule foot packs and cross bars. The foot packs sit at a fixed height. Not adjustable. There are a couple different options depending on the type of bar you want to use. Orsracksdirect.com
