I have always wanted to fire a BAR. We did not have one in the armory when I was stationed stateside or in Vietnam. :(

We did have a Thompson in the armory in Vietnam.

Take the day off due to mental illness. A mental holiday. ;)

We has snow this morning.

Not going to the gym but working on the living room early.

Reached 290lb this morning. Another milestone for me in my effort to shrink my fat cells and grow my muscles.

Today is my cheat day on the nutrition plan. Wife is home early so it will be Red Robin at 1:30 for some onion rings. I haz cravings.

An a big good morning to Susan and Ken.

Morning All. Haven't seen 170 since high school...210 now but I need to loose about 25 pounds:eek:...like Carl, I always seem to put the weight on around the holidays. Maybe it's all the goodies:rolleyes: or maybe I was a bear in my previous life and I am fattening up for the long winter sleep:confused:...either way, I need to loose some poundage.

Weight sure is a funny thing. The two of you around 200 want to lose and I am trying to get down around 220.

I talked to the wife yesterday about detailing cars for a side income. I feel that with the extra poundage already off and the body strength increasing I can do a car detail without much of an issue to my health.

I am really satisified with my stamina when painting the living room this past week. Yes I worked up a small sweat but that is actually good and means I am working at a decent pace. I have no problems with getting up off the floor when painting trim down low.

When car detailing there is quite a bit of down low work.
