HOLY MOLY....It cost me $45 shop fees and a future case of beer. I also met and made a friend in the process. I hope you got some of the lift or all of it for that price??

I didn't have the time to do it myself. And I didn't mind paying the best Toyota outfitter in the state to do the work! I'm really happy with the ride

ok, $1500 hundred installed is acutally a really good deal. Nice to know that there are shops that dont RAPE people. I paid $1109 on Black Friday for my complete OME set-up. Normally I would had paid $ 1400 w/o install so Im glad you got hooked up. I love the ride as well, just cant wait to get my turning radius back...lol

Okay, Let me see if I can do a crude drawing in photoshop.

    Edit:
Something like the part that is in red:
    LightBarExample_zps287f4e3b_05c8475211e0b5b2fbf70da3a845a2df2a55cd17.jpg

You can't really see it in that picture but there is a platform where the red ends on the right also. They were the original light mounts but the one on the right is pretty much useless with my spare on.

285/75/18. I stand corrected, this AM I noticed slight rubbing at full lock. Only have noticed this in reverse @ full lock, not rubbing the cab mount, I am only rubbing the front plastic.
    Not too worried about it

If you are going to be in Bryce I would stick to the Grand Staircase Escalante-National Monument (GSENM) or Dixie National Forest. Lots of slot canyons there to hike in escalante or high mountains in dixie.

    http://www.utahcanyons.com/hiking/hikingescalante.htm

Here are 2 I have not been to but would love to get to. And there are hundreds of them.

I could go on and on. There is so much to do its retarded.

The only thing I can say if you try to do stuff in Bryce and Moab you will be putting on lots of road miles instead of seeing the sites. So I would keep it close to Bryce.

This one talks about some roads.

I dunno. Shouldn't be too bad. The bigger problem is going to be time. I'm happy to help but I'm totally slammed at work for the next several weeks. I'm usually not even home before 11:00 at night and i'm working weekends too. I might be able to help you out on a Saturday evening in a couple weeks if you are able to wait that long.

Probably just be the cost of consumeables like welding wire and gas. shouldn't take much for that.

Ok. Where do you plan to put the lights on that thing? Up along the top? I'll be honest man, I'm so busy these days I don't know when I'd be able to help you with that. It shouldn't be too hard if you can find someone else that is willing to bend the tube for you. Seriously though I'm never home these days. I've worked two all-nighters already this week and it's going to be busy like this until mid-April at least.

One thing to keep in mind when you do that is if you want that tube to be straight vertical or if you want it to lean forward to follow the slope of the rear glass on your topper. If you want it to follow the lines of the topper that will mean you'll need a complex bend at that corner near the top of the tailgate.

I don't have a ton of experience bending tube and I don't know if I could get that one right on the first try if you need that complex bend.

I'm in a similar situation with you on time. Working two jobs while going to school full time basically gives me three to four hours of sleep a night. I'll be okay waiting. I'm not in any sort of rush.

Yep. I want to throw the ones I have behind my camper shell glass hanging upside-down on the top bar. Having the bar bend forward to line up with the camper shell would be nice, but I don't think I would absolutely have to have it that way if it's too complicated. I imagine it would cut down on the spread of my light and make more of it hit the top of my spare rather then the ground.

I'll cover all the material cost and what ever you feel is a fair price for your time. Again, I'm in no hurry. Just trying to get ideas. :)
